Cafe Rio is a gem! I have never had such a scrumptious waffle including before I was gluten intolerant. You will never know you are eating gluten free! The two folks that run the restaurant/coffee house take great pride in providing excellent service and are eager to please. My husband had the Waffle Ranchero. The portion was so large he couldn’t eat it all. I can’t write enough positive comments to do this little place justice. Try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
Hey, it has now changed names to Kiwan Cafe, but everything is gf and they get great reviews on yelp and google!
