Cross-Contamination: While we don't have a separate dedicated GF kitchen, we do out best to minimize risk of cross-contamination by having a separate pasta roller only for GF pastas & a separate boiler/strainer for cooking the GF pastas in. When Mimmo makes the GF pastas, he does it first thing in the morning when everything has been cleaned & sanitized in the kitchen and before anything else has been made. Mimmo worked for a GF bakery for a few years in the bay area & as I've been GF for 11 years now, we are very aware & sensitive to issues of cross-contamination & do our very best to minimize any risk.
Accommodation: Yes, this restaurant is able to accommodate for other allergies and sensitivities. Talk with a server or manager. We recommend reservations, so when you call ahead, you can advise them that you're GF or have any other allergies and find out options available.
