Cross-Contamination: While many soups and salads are gluten-free, the restaurant does not have systems in place to prevent cross-contamination.
Accommodation: From the restaurant: we offer wheat free items and these are indicated on our signage and online menus with "WF". We also sell locally produced gluten free products. Staff can answer questions regarding ingredients, and some items prepared to order can be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions.   1. Elephants Delicatessen & Flying Elephants do make and offer a variety of items that are Wheat Free, but none of the delicious foods we make at our kitchen can be labeled Gluten Free. Since our kitchen is not gluten free there is risk of exposure. Just as with kitchens that cook or bake with nuts, the menu item may not contain it but it is prepared in the same space on the same equipment. We work hard to provide our guests with accurate information in order to help them make great meal choices. Thanks for helping us ensure we’re represented properly.
