I am a huge fan of Fresh Thyme Soup Company! They have some really tasty soups and many are GF and/or vegan.

I eat here monthly. Great gluten free soups, corn bread and cobbler. They just started having meat and cornbread sandwiches.

That sounds good. I’m always so happy when places have gluten-free corn bread.

Great place! Their soups are better than their sandwiches but I think both are quite good. They have a friendly staff and have an amazing variety on their menu. They are PACKED during the lunch hour during the week so get your food to go or come later in the day and on the weekend if you don’t like the crowds. The grilled sandwiches are sometimes a bit too moist/greasy but otherwise it’s a wonderful place.

Fresh Thyme has incredible soups. I work for the Beaverton School district and love to pop in there regularly for lunch. Reasonably priced and I have never had a bad soup there. The hardest part is deciding which soup to have!

I absolutely love this place. The gluten free paninis are so good! They also have amazing salads as well. The owner is extremely accomodating and nice. There was soy (gluten) in one of the dressings on the salad I really wanted, (which is amazing btw because I got to try it before I found out I couldn’t have gluten). He immediately warned me about it and at first thought about doing a different dressing but then decided it just wouldn’t be right with the salad’s ingredients and just whipped me up a differnt, yet delicious salad that wasn’t on the menu at all. Their gluten free corn bread is to die for! It’s sweetened with honey and I just can’t get enough of it. I have to mention the soups as well. Always amazing, always fresh and they taste like something out of your own kitchen. Non of that fake, overloaded with sodium taste.
