Cross-Contamination: We do not use a deep fryer or any shared oil, etc, that could cross contaminate. We make very few gluten containing items, and those we do make utilize different pans and equipment. The kitchen is a shared commissary space, however, so airborne cross contamination cannot be entirely controlled for.
Accommodation: Yes, we are able to accommodate for other allergies and sensitivities.
