Teote has never been a certified gluten free restaurant, however all of our recipes contain gluten free product. The masa that we get from Colombia may contain traces of gluten, but our vast community of patrons who are gluten intolerant and have celiacs have been eating with us for years and have never had any issues. We use Harvester’s gluten free IPA in one of our dishes (Pernil), all other dishes contain no gluten product.
